Welcome to Evening Rose, Tallahassee's first Traditional Neighborhood Development.

Sales Begin:
Beginning Wednesday, October 25th, a small selection of homes and custom retail lots go on sale in this exciting new 36 acre community. Evening Rose will feature 99 homes sites as well as a walkable, pedestrian friendly mixed use village center adjacent to a variety of office, restaurant and retail establishments. Evening Rose is located in one of Tallahassee's award winning school districts including Leon High, Cobb Middle and Kate Sullivan Elementary Schools.

The Architectural Community:
The Pattern Book for Evening Rose will feature a multitude of styles, built with exquisite care and detail. Styles include Craftsman (Bungalow and Arts and Crafts), Neotraditional Revival (Jeffersonian, Greek Revival, Georgian, Colonial Revival), Cottage (Low-County and English Cottage), Vernacular and Victorian (North Florida Vernacular, Victorian, Coastal Victorian and Charlestonian) and an Eclectic Series (Tudor, Mediterranean Revival, Modern 'Dwell' and other inspirational styles).

Select Builder Program:
We're proud to announce that Aspirant Homes and Homes By Jana have joined K2 Homebuilding and the Evening Rose Select Builder Program. Both homebuilders are known for fine work at Southwood and in other communities around Tallahassee. We are excited about the prospect of developing a cooperative Builder's Guild that will not only ensure architectural excellence as we work with the Evening Rose Architectural Review Committee, but also advance construction technology innovations. For example energy efficiency, green development and construction costing are just some of the ways we will be able to collaborate to provide the best home value to customers.
