In addition to K2 Urbancorp's Homebuilding Division, we will be proudly welcoming a select group of builders to join with us in building residents at Evening Rose. These homebuilders are known for fine work at Southwood and in other communities around Tallahassee. We have also developed a cooperative Builder's Guild that will not only ensure architectural excellence as we build Evening Rose, but also advance construction technology and innovations.
